  • Brandi Coorider, MS, LMHC, QS
CEO and Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Welcome! I'm Brandi, and I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety and attachment issues. My journey into mental health advocacy began with my own experiences, where I discovered the transformative power of therapy. This personal insight fuels my commitment to guiding others on their healing journeys. My goal is to help “just one person every day.”

With a background in Mental Health Counseling and specialized training in anxiety and attachment, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. Drawing from my own struggles and hurdles, I understand the courage it takes to seek support and embark on the path to self-discovery.

In our sessions, I blend evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy and understanding. I meet individuals where they are and process the feelings and thoughts that arise. I incorporate both undirected and directive approaches to achieving goals. Together, we unravel the layers of anxiety and attachment patterns, working towards fostering healthier relationships and a deeper sense of self-awareness. My goal is to empower individuals to embrace their inner strength and rewrite their narratives with resilience and hope.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll often find me at the gym with friends, enjoying my chef skills, practicing mindfulness, or spending quality time outdoors with loved ones. I believe in the power of connection, both in therapeutic relationships and in everyday life, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey towards healing and growth.
